Meridia Advisory

The Art of Cultural Direction.

Culture is not a campaign. It is a position an organisation must earn.

Meridia Advisory helps organisations define, structure and govern their cultural participation, turning isolated initiatives into coherent and enduring cultural positions.

01 / Thesis

Cultural legitimacy cannot be purchased.

As images, aesthetics and attention become easier to reproduce, visual distinction alone no longer creates durable meaning.

Organisations increasingly turn to art, architecture, design, heritage, hospitality, publishing and cultural programming to establish relevance. Yet cultural proximity is not the same as cultural legitimacy.

A credible cultural position must be grounded in an organisation’s identity, supported by real authority and sustained beyond a campaign cycle.

An organisation’s cultural role is earned before it is communicated.

06 / About

Cultural intelligence. Strategic rigour. Structural clarity.

Meridia Advisory was founded to address the gap between cultural ambition and the structures required to make it credible.

Most organisations can access creative ideas, visible collaborators and individual opportunities. Far fewer possess a disciplined way to determine whether those opportunities belong to a coherent cultural position,or whether the organisation has earned the authority to pursue them.

Meridia brings together cultural analysis, strategic communications, reputation, governance and legal reasoning to help organisations make cultural decisions that can be explained, defended and sustained.

Founder

Founded by Haya Yaman, a French-Lebanese lawyer and strategic communications professional working across culture, reputation and institutional strategy.

Her approach combines legal-grade analysis with cultural intelligence, examining not only how an initiative appears, but how it is structured, whose interests it serves and whether it can endure.

07 / Contact

Every cultural decision sets a direction.

Meridia works with organisations developing, reviewing or restructuring their cultural position. To discuss an audit, strategic mandate, workshop or ongoing counsel relationship, provide a brief description of the organisation and the decision under consideration.
